I have spent the last 20+ years learning, training, and teaching the best and most efficient self-defense techniques from the world-famous Gracie Family. 

I've had the privilege of training under Grand Master Helio Gracie, UFC Founder Rorion Gracie, Three Time UFC Champion Royce Gracie, and receiving my Black-Belt from Helio's Grandsons Ryron and Rener Gracie.

Why Learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu?

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is practiced by Men, Woman and Children of all Ages and Fitness Levels.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is one of the most feared and effective self-defense systems. Without Relying on Puches or Kicks, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu utilizes leaverage over strength allowing you to defend yourself against much larger attackers.

Common Questions

  • What Age Range is Recommended?

    Ages between 15-70 Years old is recommended for this program and lesson plan.

  • What Should I Wear?

    Wear comfortable clothes, such as jogger or sweat pants and tee shirt.

  • How Much Space Do I Need to Train?

    Ideal training area would be 5'x10'. David will bring a soft mat to stand on and for performing ground techniques. If you have a smaller area we can try and make some adjustments.

  • Can More Than One Person Participate in Lesson?

    Each additional person would be $20 up to 4 people.

  • Can Lessons Be Modified?

    All lessons can be modified to suite your physical needs and fitness level.
