Ages between 15-70 Years old is recommended for this program and lesson plan.
Wear comfortable clothes, such as jogger or sweat pants and tee shirt.
Ideal training area would be 5'x10'. David will bring a soft mat to stand on and for performing ground techniques. If you have a smaller area we can try and make some adjustments.
Each additional person would be $20 up to 4 people.
All lessons can be modified to suite your physical needs and fitness level.
